Day Thirty~Eight

Our Rocking Rooster

Group Hug

We had an assembly today, Rocking Rooster Assembly. Each teacher gets to pick a student that exceeds the teachers expectations. Our afternoon was a huge wash, but they had fun. They enjoyed their eggs, even those that thought they wouldn't. I told them they should try it and they might be surprised. They were pleasantly surprised and quick to tell me I was right. It was nice. When our rockin rooster made it back into the room they bombarded him with a group hug, I ran for my camera to get a shot and I got I was so proud of myself to get it. They tried to look at me I told them to look down knowing I was not wanting any faces in it. Then about five minutes later our rooster was putting his shirt over his head and dancing. And I caught that as well. So I didn't have to heart out any faces.

Day Thirty~Seven

Our letter this week was Ee for EGG! A students uncle brought us some Banty Chicken eggs. I added the regular egg to show how small they were. I hard boiled them and took them in for snack for Friday. The kids loved it! They thought it was coolest snack ever!

Day Thirty~Six

Well we made balloon hats out of paper plates. They all looked different, but so cute. Some looked like princess crowns, some like jester hats and we even had one little boy that pulled of a rat pack look. I had to block their faces out, sorry its not appealing that way. But I actually took a picture of something, so should count for something.

Day Thirty~Four

Ok this is what I took a picture of. This is one of my kinders, she put these gloves and hat on one afternoon and I knew I wanted to capture it. I couldn't show her face and I knew it so I had her just pose with her hands on her hat and took it from behind.

Day Thirty~Three

This the Cooper Chapel across the street from my parents house. Who guessed it was a church?
It even smells like a church inside. It has glass all around it, even in the ceiling. Brings the outdoors in, it is awe inspiring. It overlooks the lake on the other side of the hill. The same lake as Day Six. Hope you enjoyed my little series!

Day Thirty~Two

This was closed again yesterday so instead of taking a picture of something else. I took extra pictures today that I was going to take yesterday!
